1. Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

• The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges for:

• Items purchased during sale/discount/offers
  

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

1. Contact us on   within 3 days.

2. Share your order details, reason for exchange, and photos/videos of the product.

3. Our team will verify and approve the exchange request.

4. Shipping & Courier

• For size or colour exchanges, the customer must ship the product back to us.

• Midwell Studio will send the replacement once the returned product is received and inspected.

• Courier charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Conditions

• Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

• Exchange is subject to product availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item of the same value.
